“Unit 6B Pros: It's close to the train. Ample balcony space. Nice views of you're facing Ave U Cons: Mgmt company will jerk you around for the smallest thing. You need to fight back and they end up caving most times. Windows often leak and they only want to paint over the water stains. Advice to landlord: Actually give half a shit about the property you own.”

“Pros: Washer and Dryer in Unit, 2 bathrooms Cons: PTAC AC and Heat extremely noisy and not cost efficient. Will be spending $400 a month for electric just to heat the apartment. Advice to landlord: Replace the PTAC units”
