“Pros: Decent location, 10 minute walk to the E which gets you access to everything. Amenities are decent too, but you have to pay about $100/m for them. Overall, great experience. Doorman are great. Cons: Super loud. Directly next door is a fire station, and maybe 1 minute away is a UPS distribution warehouse (so lots of noise in the mornings). Furthermore, near the NJ/NYC tunnel so lots of beeping on Friday nights. Also, the 2nd floor amenities reek of marijuana smoke from time to time.”

Priced very high at the beginning of lease, but is currently listed at a reasonable price. Cons: Not fully development. No Gym, rooftop, or building amenities at all which were supposed to be completed a month or so after moving in. However, circumstances for those items being delayed are completely understandable and no fees for amenities were charged. However, the rent should have reflected a lower amount as well to match the availability. Advice to landlord: This is a rental building and are owned by Dermot”
