“Pros: location is great, apartments are large, there is very little noise between units or from the street, laundry room was generally well kept Cons: some minor pest problems (occasional mice, mostly)”

“Unit 4B Pros: The building is very clean and well maintained. When Covid hit, the super was mopping the floors and wiping down every surface regularly. The apartments are huge and pet friendly. I loved the neighborhood and the neighbors in the building were all very friendly and welcoming. Cons: Even though the A train runs express from 125 to 59, the neighborhood feels a bit far from the rest of the city. Also two very small things in my unit that got on my nerves were that the refrigerator made a very loud humming/buzzing noise and the toilet barely flushed with any force. One larger issue is that I could hear everything my upstairs neighbor watched/listened to, which became a bit unbearable during the pandemic. I'm not sure if they were listening to things at a normal volume, but it all carried down to my apartment.”
