“Unit 2B Pros: Not too many floors. Good view from the roof. Very walkable neighborhood Cons: Insulation works very poorly in the winter.”

“Unit 4B Pros: New building so the interiors are all updated Good amenities Cons: Overpriced. I paid $3800 in 2020 for a 2 bed/2 bath in this building. Now that unit is going for $4500”

“Pros: Management is so responsive. I’ve lived here for 2 years. Location is unbeatable. Building always smells good. It’s a really easy place to live Cons: None that I can think of”

“Pros: Dishwasher in each unit 2 full bathrooms gym in basement sweet roof and view laundry in basement responsive management Cons: located next to fire station so can be loud at night but usually not a big issue small rooms Advice to landlord: stop letting packages get stolen”

“Pros: Roof terrace is big and very well furnished. Building manager is very nice and responsive. Building is very new (opened end of 2019) and proper materials were used in the units. Cons: Smell of weed from the neighbors coming through the venting channels. Advice to landlord: Keep it up!”
