Unit 4B Pros: New building so the interiors are all updated Good amenities Cons: Overpriced. I paid $3800 in 2020 for a 2 bed/2 bath in this building. Now that unit is going for $4500
Pros: Management is so responsive. I’ve lived here for 2 years. Location is unbeatable. Building always smells good. It’s a really easy place to live Cons: None that I can think of
