When it’s cold out the Hotting makes a knocking noise all day and night behind the walls. You could hear people walking above you whenever something is repaired it breaks two day later.  Advice to landlord: The Property Manager Tatiana is extremely nice when showing the unit you may rent. But the minute you move in a week later she doesn’t recognize you and give you an attitude, along with a stink face like she’s been your enemy. Don’t get stuck in the elevator or the gym with her, she will look at you like you don’t belong here.”

Bugs coming out of the dirty, dusty AC. Carpeting in common areas and corridors were never cleaned. Street constantly smells of piss/poop due to careless dog owners and poor sanitation service in the area”

Cons: The building management doesn’t seem to truly care about the tenants. Doormen and super don’t even bother wearing masks during the pandemic. Items aren’t fixed in a timely fashion. Advice to landlord: Get a better super.”
