“Unit 3 Pros: Large apartments, quiet neighbors, relatively inexpensive rents Cons: Non-responsive landlord, poorly managed garbage which is always overflowing, and bad heating (way too hot, heat stays on until June!), things take a long time to fix (like broken front door) Advice to landlord: Be more responsive to the needs of your tenants and hire a building manager who actually takes pride in the cleanliness of the building”
