I really enjoyed my time there! Cons: We had some mice problems, but this is very typical of NYC and also they did send an exterminator to check it out for us and help us.”

Apartment often wreaks of cigarette smoke from neighboring units. Advice to landlord: Please do maintenance on the bathroom that the other roommates used before they vacated. It’s disgusting. Also, cancel the petition. I would like to have new roommates once it’s safe to do a completed occupancy renewal. And waive any fees as a Covid-19 relief courtesy.”
