“Pros: High quality finishes and appliances, Sonos in ceiling, weekly cleaners, easy trash management in basement, individual room split unit AC / Heat Cons: Poor management, impossible to contact, tiny bedrooms, no storage, thin windows & walls mean excess noise from inside and out, poor insulation rooms get very cold Advice to landlord: I wish you had invested in properly insulated windows. Make it easier to contact Sabet management. All emails are sent from no-reply addresses which makes communication impossible”

“Pros: I enjoyed the neighborhood and location Cons: It was so small, there was mold, it got extremely dusty very fast, no airflow, small windows, very stuffy, the stairs were painful daily and especially painful moving in and out.”
