“Unit 2L Pros: Prospect heights is a lovely neighborhood. But that’s the only good thing I can say about this place. Free laundry too Cons: Overpriced, landlord is very aggressive and unresponsive - threatened to take our security deposit even though we left the apartment exactly how we left it. Pest problem was not dealt with appropriately - asked landlord to cleanup the dead rat in the basement and it was never resolved. Can’t stress how distasteful and rude the landlords are. Advice to landlord: Be at least a little empathetic and please do your job”
