“Unit 1E Pros: Neighbors good, quiet. Building is well maintained with few complaints. Cons: Cardboard and plastic/glass recycling bins fill up too quickly and are often full. Neighbors don’t break down boxes. Landlord and super are unresponsive”

“Pros: Wonderful neighbors, close to bars, restaurants, subway, bus and a short walk to Central Park & East River Cons: It’s an Older building”
