“Pros: New building, high build level, great appliances and heat/ac unit Cons: In apartment hot water heater, noise from outside neighborhood, no services. Advice to landlord: None, they were transparent enough when I signed a lease.”

“Pros: New, quiet, peaceful, well designed & maintained building. Each apartment has its own balcony. A nice diverse neighborhood, some excellent restaurants. Close to Central Park and Morningside Park, and subway/transit as well :) Cons: None at this time”
