“Pros: This building used to be under great management. I had e great time there. Cons: I’ve lived in this building for the past 5 years. This new management came in, increased everyone’s rent by at least 30% IN THE MIDDLE OF PANDEMIC! No improvements at all! We used to have a part time super who took care the garbage, it is a mess now. All tenants moved out month by month, I was the last one to move out. I pass by this building frequently (because obviously that was my neighborhood) and I see my apartment is still vacant (after 4 months at the time of this review). Additionally, when I moved out, they kept my deposit and I couldn’t do anything about it because of the pandemic/closed offices. The neighborhood is good, but stay away from this management. Advice to landlord: What goes around, comes around.”
