“Unit 3b Pros: Location is very central - easy to get anywhere. All neighbors are nice and great! Cons: Management is HORRIBLE for this building. Take eons to respond to any issues if they even respond at all. We didn’t have hot water for weeks on end and they did nothing to fix it until we contacted 311. The buildings AC vent system is also full of mold and they won’t do anything to fix it. Advice to landlord: LISTEN TO YOUR RENTERS!!!!”
