“Pros: Clean, well maintained building with a responsive landlord. Packages were always safe, good natural light, and great appliances. Cons: Nothing to report. Only thing I'd say is slightly faulty dishwasher, but this was resolved.”

“Pros: Had all the amenities you could want (Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, updated appliances, in close proximity to grocery stores, subways, gyms, and other businesses. Amazing location, great supervisor. Cons: Occasional pests, no roof access”

“Pros: Looks decent on the surface Cons: but living there was hellish. Appropriate for maybe up to early 20 yr olds in college. Advice to landlord: Hire a more conscientious handyman who doesn't quote $100 bucks for every little fix like hanging a mirror, etc.”

“Pros: Location, cleanliness, modern layout and appliances. Cons: Management was very tough to work with when they would respond at all. Not helpful with most issues unless it was to put you in touch with a super. Advice to landlord: I can’t say anymore, the building has changed hands since living there.”

“Pros: Management is quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. Super is very nice and is very helpful. Door/buzzer is very easy with the ButterflyMX app. Cons: Water pressure needs attention. Music can be heard very easily. Additionally can hear tenants through walls to the point of being a nuisance”
