“Pros: Relatively quiet inside unless you're cursed with one of the loud neighbors, sunny in both bedrooms, central air, nice/new fixtures and appliances, located by great spots Cons: Landlords continuously increasing rent by substantial amounts, lots of outside noise esp. in summer, smallish units with uneven walls/floors, difficult to get anything fixed or taken care of”
