“Pros: Newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. Bedrooms and closets were a decent size. Cons: No sound proofing between units (could hear everything your neighbors were saying through the walls). No air conditioning. First floor apartments could hear every single time the front door of the building slammed shut. Advice to landlord: Improve the sound proofing between units and when entering the building”
