“Unit 4R Pros: Incredible subway access. Fairly clean and well kept. Very nice finishes. In unit washer dryer. Responsive and kind management company. Affordable. Quiet (At least my unit was) Cons: Chinatown, local homeless / druggy population. Front door is a little loose so can be security issues at times. No finished roof. Advice to landlord: Nothing really other than securing the front door more properly. Otherwise you guys are doing a great job.”

“Unit 5f Pros: Harry is the best Super - he is super responsive, works extremely hard, and is the nicest man. Cons: We ended up having a mouse in our unit in the last few months we lived here and management was not extremely responsive. Advice to landlord: Better responsiveness for rodent problem.”

“Pros: Wooden floors and the bathrooms Cons: Dingy stairs, view blocked by concrete walls Advice to landlord: Additional lighting in public spaces”

“Unit 4F Pros: Lived there for 3 years. Super was there often if we needed anything. Renovated (2018) and clean. Cons: Garbage Disposal - initially we would leave it on the street but then started leaving it outside our door and super would collect. Made it easier for us but just odd. Advice to landlord: Keep it up”
