“Pros: Great location, responsive management and super Cons: The steam pipes are extremely loud due to infrastructural issues to the point of not being able to sleep through the entire winter. And the building owners are still raising my rent by almost 10%. I’m moving out despite all the good things.”

“Pros: Proximity to a great neighborhood, lots of restaurants, bars, and cafes. The street is pretty. Close to both the 6 and RW lines. Cons: Many pests of all kinds. Only a window A/C unit. Not a lot of natural light.”
