“Pros: - No rodents inside building, occasional roach for me personally (they are in the building always) but if you stay on top of it in your unit (be clean, put out bait a few times a year), you won't see or have them - Kind super - Kind building staff, trash room is well kept, most neighbors are nice and respectable - Never had issues with crazy unexpected bills Cons: - windows have absolutely zero sound proofing, can hear every single thing outside and this happens to be a particularly noisy block - also no insulation in the unit - issues with heat the entire 4 years i've lived here (either on at random times off-season or non existent in the winter. or previously, blasting so high in the winter that I had to open my windows) - corporate slumlords are the worst to deal with”
