“Pros: Central heat and AC, big insulated windows. Movie theater is excellent, gym equipment is really nice. Cons: Thin walls, lots of barking dogs that sometimes poop and pee on the roof, inconsistent shared-space maintenance. No dishwashers.”

“Pros: Building, apartment, Amenities Cons: Noisy Neighborhood, Drug selling in front of the building, dog shit/pep in the common areas, Elevator constantly broken, Delays in solve requests”

“Unit 8C Pros: My floor has always been well kept and the trash goes out everyday. The spilt unit ac and heat works great, I’ve had zero problems with that. Cons: The walls are PAPER thin, anything happening in the hallway is happening inside your apartment whether that’s down the hall or next door. With the rent being so high you’d think there would be better insulation. The apartments are tiny, no dishwasher and the common areas show signs of usual wear and tear. Overall it’s just not worth it for how expensive it is to live here.”
