“Pros: Lovely location, quiet, in decent condition and generally clean. Cons: We had massive leak, rats in the walls, a broken dryer (fire hazard!!). Landlord does not deal with trash or maintain common areas at all. Landlord exceptionally unresponsive (took us almost a month calling 2x a day to get them on the phone to deal with a $1500 coned bill they hadn’t paid and deal w our pest issue….) to any issues even though there is a nominal super who is supposed to deal with everything. Feels like you are throwing your rent money into a black hole. Advice to landlord: Communicate promptly and professionally to mitigate issues”
