“Unit 1R Pros: Location Rent is low Cons: There is constant construction without permits. The heat is always going out. Roaches. THE TWO DOORS TO THE BUILDING ARE ALWAYS UNLOCKED which is egregious. Also, the management is always renting out the “vacant” units to random teenagers for Chabad events that are loud and often leave a mess. Advice to landlord: Don’t rent out this place until you’re ready to actually have tenants!”
