“Unit 5D Pros: It’s quiet, feels secure, low key and there’s an elevator!!!! Cons: I’ve seen a mouse a few times in my apartment over the past 3 years and the super does send pest control once a month if you request it but I feel like they’re not doing much to prevent it at all. Also the unit is really really outdated”

“Unit 7A Pros: Nice people, great Super Cons: The owner and his agent lie to tenants about problems.... our buzzer broke (again) and we were told it was "Amazon's fault" and they had to fix....6 weeks no buzzer Advice to landlord: Itis not all about the Bejamins, you have a responsibility (which you choose to ignore) to your tenants.”
