“Pros: The super was responsive, pest control was swift and effective, building was safe and quiet Cons: Heat was extremely high at all times and out of tenants control, garbage often piled up between pick ups, unit was not cleaned fully before move in”

“Pros: The location and the apartments are well maintained. The tenants, many that have lived there for a long time, are friendly and helpful. Cons: Hallways can get a bit grimy and the pigeon guano can add up in the interior alley (on fire escapes, etc).”
