“Pros: Well kept building in wonderful location. Elevator and Laundry building is a huge plus. Cons: There’s nothing the building could “fix” or change. Just wish there were 2 bedroom options within the building or access to outdoor space. Advice to landlord: No”

“Unit 5B Pros: Building was constructed well, super was awesome, in a great neighborhood. Cons: Not much, it was a very solid experience living here for two years. Rarely any problems and if maintenance had to be done we were notified in a timely manner. Advice to landlord: Give the super Tony a raise. He rocks”

“Pros: The building is well maintained and the super is helpful and friendly. The washers and dryers have always been functional Cons: Water pressure is bad, elevator is slow and very small. Washers and dryers take quarters”

“Unit 6E Pros: very clean and well maintained, super is nice and responsive. Never had issues with pests. Great location. trash area was really clean; laundry room is small but usually could get my things in without waiting long. Cons: had a noisy neighbor and could hear a lot through the walls, but I think that was more about the neighbor than the building. Advice to landlord: I loved my experience living there, I think it's a great building especially for a lower price range!”
