“Pros: Quiet, rarely run into neighbors, no wait for elevator, friendly and helpful doormen, clean and well maintained building, great location, spacious apartment with great closet space and natural light Cons: Didn't use the outdoor garden as much as I thought we would, lots of mosquitos there in the summer. Rooftop access is not allowed.”
