“Pros: Neighbors are lovely and rear apartments are a great size with beautiful windows. Cons: Difficult to communicate with the management company. Building had gas shut off for over a year with no signs of owner attempting to fix things. They also only offered an abatement when asked and tenants had to organize to get equal abatements. There were also always issues with overflowing trash bins and rodents in the building. Hallways and stairs never looked clean either. Advice to landlord: Take care of the building and communicate with your tenants!”
