“Unit 20 Pros: I really loved living here for 3 years, but if it wasnt for the super Hector it wouldn't have been worth it, they changed management but they still take a while to reply and solve paid things. Really good pest control, if you keep the apartment clean you wont have issues. Cons: One of the winter we had a leak from the upstairs neighbors leaving the water on, but they have left i believe. Loud neighborhood specially during summer time. You will get pests if you dont keep the apt clean! Advice to landlord: Take better care of Hector, Fix appliances once they break specially if its a paying renter that never missed rent for years!”
