“Pros: The building is in a good area and the workers are very friendly and polite. Cons: The building stinks. Too many large rats. Too many roaches. They do not fix the damages in a timely manner. Always have a leak Advice to landlord: Get it together. Stop neglecting”

“Pros: Quietness in the area Cons: Poor management, nothing ever gets fixed, management workers are very nasty when you call for a repair update. Advice to landlord: Hire new workers!!!!”

“Pros: The rooms are extremely big. Nice landscaped entrance. Friendly maintenance staff. Cons: The water temperature changes from extremely cold to hot while your in the shower. The water gets turned off a lot so they can fix the water but it’s never been resolved. There’s usually a sign up to let you know that they are working on it. This building houses small psychiatric units. It’s a guarantee that the program pays every month but because of the rotation of patients that come and go you don’t always know who living there. The staff isn’t there 24 hours. Packages get stolen a lot. The elevator shakes when you get off at the second floor. Advice to landlord: Get a new boiler. Whatever patch job that keeps being done only works for a week and a half at a time.”

“Pros: Nice courtyard, big apartments Cons: Management company is rude and unhelpful. They do not care about the tenants. Lots of bugs and problems with the plumbing. Advice to landlord: Be better at your job. Stop trying to bully people into not coming to you about issues.”
