The amenities are always clean and accessible as well as the gym is free the gym is newly renovated and there are two giving lots of workout options. Also, the laundry room is well maintained. Packages are speedy to process and we receive them soon. I’ve never had any issues either packages. Cons: Laundry is slightly costly at 2.90 a load. Other than that no issues during my time here.”
— 200 WEST 26 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: I love living here . Great building , close to the hudson , great access to nearby restaurants , and subway & Penn Station. ..such an easy place to live for me 🥰 Get around by bike or scooter. As I get older the building is very accessible for me to stores & restaurants . Pretty quiet considering it’s on 7th ave and across from a Studio TV location . Staff / doorman are just wonderful !! Cons: I wish there was room in the garage to park a bike or scooter instead of my apartment . Advice to landlord: Look into gaining some access for bike storage in the garage under the building”
— 220 WEST 26 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Incredibly friendly doormen, responsive handy men, and very rarely hear our neighbors. Beautiful views and great space. Cons: Hearing noise from overnight deliveries to Whole Foods.”

— 200 WEST 26 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: The doormen are caring and helpful, the rooftop is huge, the common areas are clean, and the location is great. Cons: A lot of money for a very standard “luxury” rental. Advice to landlord: Redo the lobby…the last redo was not good.”

— 200 WEST 26 STREET · Manhattan“Unit PHG Pros: Clean. Very well maintained. Lobby and floors in good style. Doormen are exceptionally responsible and pleasant. Nice mix of young students and professionals with some older. If something breaks inside apartment or public areas they fix it fast! Two small gyms actually very useful and well maintained. Cons: Very little negative. I would say they are aggressive about pursuing market rate rents, within the law. But if I were to move I would first look for a building run by TFC. Advice to landlord: Thanks for the great work. And keep rent increases to a modest amount so you can keep reliable tenants like me!”
— 200 WEST 26 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Neighbors are generally nice. The staff is incredibly helpful, kind and patient. Also offer dry cleaning pickup downstairs as well. Cons: If you are on a lower floor there is a lot of noise on the 7th Avenue side. Advice to landlord: Make the windows more noise proof”
— 200 WEST 26 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Nice doorman and clean Cons: None it was great Advice to landlord: None great ownership”
— 200 WEST 26 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Amazing Staff, good renovations in common areas and units. Landlord has good use of tech for payments, service requests etc. Cons: Rooftop rules too strict Advice to landlord: Your staff is amazing and they make the experience better. Loosen up on roof guest policy. You limit value driven. Don’t let a few bad actors ruin it for everyone.”
