Pros: The doormen are among the best. Super friendly always helpful. The maintenance staff will come up within 15 minutes and will help with the smallest of problems. Cons: AC units are not cold on hot days. My sink backed up and flooded my room a few times.

Pros: I love living here . Great building , close to the hudson , great access to nearby restaurants , and subway & Penn Station. ..such an easy place to live for me 🥰 Get around by bike or scooter. As I get older the building is very accessible for me to stores & restaurants . Pretty quiet considering it’s on 7th ave and across from a Studio TV location . Staff / doorman are just wonderful !! Cons: I wish there was room in the garage to park a bike or scooter instead of my apartment . Advice to landlord: Look into gaining some access for bike storage in the garage under the building

Pros: The doormen are caring and helpful, the rooftop is huge, the common areas are clean, and the location is great. Cons: A lot of money for a very standard “luxury” rental. Advice to landlord: Redo the lobby…the last redo was not good.
