Also very good at keeping package deliveries in the package closet shortly after they arrive. Cons: Had a rodent situation that was finally solved after two attempts to seal the apartment. Third avenue is very loud and there’s an ambulance at least 1-2 times an hour during the evening. Also, the AC units are placed in the middle of the wall. Not very aesthetic. Advice to landlord: Update the kitchens”
