“Pros: Great neighbors, wonderful neighborhood Cons: Building management is unwilling to negotiate with tenants. Like all other big firm, only care about profit.”

“Pros: Amazing location, safe, no frills, no surprises, very spacious bedrooms, no weird smells, everything works or gets fixed quickly. Lots of sunlight. Quiet. Cons: Some roaches, outdated appliances, not all units have dishwasher/microwave”
