“Pros: Great location. Simple but functional apartments. Cons: Landlord does not respond or care about tenant feedback or living conditions. If you have an issue, he will not respond and if he does you will get a quick, cheap “fix”. I’d avoid this building solely based on who the landlord is. Apartment also had leaks, mice, and cockroaches. Hallways and stairwells are dirty. Lack of building security with unwarranted access. Advice to landlord: Respond to your tenants, fix issues with apartments”
