“Pros: It’s still standing Cons: Crappy management, unprofessional and incompetent super, terrible building conditions including persistent leaks and vermin. Advice to landlord: Stop hiring incompetent, cheap labor and take care of building issues the right way. Don’t keep ignoring tenant complaints. Get a professional super who actually knows how to make repairs and isn’t a rude and disrespectful jerk to tenants. Change management companies because this one is trash. Stop retaliating whenever a tenant makes a complaint and actually do your job.”
