“Unit 11 Pros: the only pro is that i had a roof over my head and it is rent stabilized Cons: Had a leak for over 10 months of sewer water from upstairs toilet into our kitchen on stove top. Management refused to do anything about it even after denying rent payments. Advice to landlord: don’t live here :)”
