“Pros: Huge apartments, tall ceilings, lots of natural light. Maintenance is very responsive. Location is good. Cons: Too much noise from the street traffic, very poorly maintained, poor waste management, sidewalk is filthy, and there are mice and roaches. Advice to landlord: Do a better job with sanitation of the building”

“Unit 1H Pros: The space itself was decent Cons: INFESTED with roaches and bugs - in every room, cabinet, drawer and even the refrigerator. Neighbors kept belongings chained up in the lobby, including a motorcycle. Super was completely unresponsive as was landlord. Garbage was tossed down the stairs into an alley or was just left in a massive pile on the sidewalk. Advice to landlord: Stop being a slumlord.”
