Cons: The front door is old and can't be opened from the inside of the apartment, if you get a package you need to go downstairs to open the door. If you aren't home, there is no alternative location to leave packages. Mailboxes are pretty small too. It's across from a school, which doesn't bother me but the noise might bother others.”
