“Pros: It’s clean and appliances are new. Location is great Cons: The apartment is not noise proof at all, we can hear our next door neighbors every conversation. During the winter, the boiler would make pipe clanging noises all night for weeks. Super drops by every month with a different excuse and tries to take photos. Management is terrible.”

“Unit 26 Pros: Location - great neighborhood. Across from a park, near subway, lots of dining options nearby. Cons: No elevator, recently renovated (and destabilizing apartments) units at double what they were prior, using cheap materials and complete disregard for health/safety measures during construction. Advice to landlord: Proper communication channels and updates for planned work being done.”
