“Unit no Pros: Quiet, Safe, Lots of older residents. Cons: They will turn your water off for repairs and no they won't tell you ahead of time. A mice problem in the building, and cats everywhere (smell). Very white and nosey ass super. Advice to landlord: Go to hell”
