Someone was robbed in the building lobby and management never even responded to them. Definition of a slumlord. Upstairs and downstairs neighbors are incredibly noisy and rude. People leave stuff in the trash rooms (instead of taking their stuff down where it is supposed to go). Advice to landlord: Liquidate your assets to better management companies”
