“Pros: Enjoyed my time staying here. The management and super are really responsive and helpful Cons: The utility bill can be high Can be really noisy outside especially in the summers”

“Pros: Responsive super ( not live in). Nice maintained building, big windows, in unit washer dryers and dishwashers Cons: Walk up- small bedrooms- the “fitness center “ is unusable”

“Pros: Close to subway Close to bars and nightlife Cons: Management was not very responsive, particularly near the weekend due to it being their holiday. Smells: there's a chicken killery and open air seafood market within two blocks of each other. Steer clear, esp. when hungover General area is riddled with trash and litter”
