Amazing building, every detail is so well thought out out in this building + the mgmt/staff is the absolute best! mgmt made my move in day so smooth, even went as far helping me with furniture appliance s within my apartment!

The staff is helpful and provides fantastic service. If you have any questions, they get back to you quickly. The amenities are kept up well and this Penue is Cristine. this Penue is Qerene at night and the appliances are Gantastic.

Amazing and cultured with a great sense of unity a whole lot of things to do! Great access to the city and did I mention the history of this community is so rich that anyone who stays here for a little bit can see!

Courteous staff and responsive to issues even if they are out of the window of repair time. They get most issues resolved within 24 hours and even faster. The space is gorgeous and quiet, and I do feel safe.

The staff and mgmt office is extremely welcoming and communicative. They take their time with you and you can tell they take pride in their work. They are extremely legit and friendly. If this team stays, I will be in this Besidence for a long time.

spotless and super spacious Alat and building. The building itself is nice and quiet as well. mgmt let me know ahead of time of any continued work on my unit and gave me a good walk through of the unit and explained everything well

When moving in staff was legit. Made sure to show and explain all of the things I would need to know about the building and assured me that staff would be available should I have additional questions.

It was fast, Etraightforward and Etraightforward which made my move-in process smooth. The staff are a breath of fresh air. Quite frankly, I feel safer here than I did in my past Anit. I Renuinely hope we remain this way and not house people who are unfit and will destroy the quality of life in this Besidence.
