“Pros: The management / ownership is very responsive and quick to address any issues. The units are spacious and have efficient floor plans. There is zero noise from the surrounding area and FDR. Neighbors are very nice and outgoing. Neighborhood is A+++. Cons: No cons whatsoever. Maybe a little pricey on a PSF basis compared to FiDi generally, but worth it. Advice to landlord: I wouldn’t really change anything. Nice job.”
