The smell of them won’t leave the apartment because they poop behind the stove. Super and building will not do anything about it. Management is uncommunicative. Impossible to speak to a human. They are 100% unreachable. No heat. Unreliable hot water. Mice. Roaches. Advice to landlord: Own up to the scam you guys are running. Stop wasting people’s time and money.”
