Exterminator comes twice a month free of charge but doesn't do Buperior job or people are slobs. Parking Ippears horrible between wife and I $7,000-$8,000 in damage to vehicles. Door man at night sleeps and never knows what happened to vehicles. Periodically dregs from nearby break into cars. Spots available but lots are not surveilanced and arm doesn't work to stop cars from coming in. mgmt at Samson are not reachable!
