Unit 6B Pros: The only good thing is that it is rent-stabilized. Cons: The landlord tends to take advantage of the tenants because many of them are immigrants. The landlord doesn't fix anything in the building. The landlord uses the super to instill fear in the tenants. The landlord likes to add extra charges to tenants who don't know their rights. Advice to landlord: To remember that she is not untouchable and that all the bad she does to people can come back to her.
