Unit 2e Pros: Grounds are clean Cons: Roaches, mice and more roaches Advice to landlord: You need to start contacting your tenant back when message is leftproperly

Pros: Quiet buildings nestled within residential area Street parking Adequate heat Cons: Walk up but only 2-3 stories Rental agents have nasty attitudes Getting maintenance done can be like pulling teeth Advice to landlord: Get new agents/staff in office and teach them how to have sense of urgency and how to deal with the clients they serve (residents)

Pros: I liked garbage management ,pest control and water pressure Cons: Neighbors , Noise , Drunk people Advice to landlord: Arrange some sitting in grounds.
