Pros: Absolutely nothing positive about living here. Cons: It has become a constant cycle of infestations in the building, including bedbugs, roaches, and mice. Despite repeated complaints, management remains unresponsive and unwilling to address these issues in any meaningful way. On top of this, tenants frequently leave garbage bags, shoes, and other personal items in the hallways, creating both a fire hazard and an unsanitary environment. The basement is often filled with trash, which produces a putrid odor that spreads throughout the lower levels of the building. The elevator continues to break down on a near-monthly basis, leaving residents—particularly seniors, families with children, and those with mobility issues—struggling to get to their apartments. During the winter months, residents are also left without consistent heat, forcing many to rely on unsafe alternatives such as space heaters. This is not only uncomfortable but poses a serious health and safety risk, especially for children and elderly tenants. Adding to these concerns, the building is increasingly occupied by a single extended family whose children are often left unsupervised. They run through the hallways, scatter trash, and leave spilled food behind, further attracting pests and worsening the sanitary conditions. Overall, the situation has reached an unacceptable level and requires immediate intervention. The living conditions are not only deteriorating rapidly but are also unsafe and unhealthy for all tenants.

Unit B62 Pros: We are in a great neighnorjood. We have Evidance of missmanagement https://hpdonline.nyc.gov/hpdonline/building/421465/overview Cons: We have Horrible management and a superintendent. He is rude and lazy, Bias, barely seen working, and answers to tenants and shareholders in diminishing ways, as he is guided by the management. There are so many inequalities and issues that neither the shareholders want to confront. Look what we are exposeed to. https://produtable-frosts.000webhostapp.com Serious Facade Crack Walls Issues from the 6th Floor running to the Basement, and complaints were lightly taken . Advice to landlord: Pay attention to what you are exposing to the tenants who live there, and stop using the gang you use to bully people away from complaining.
